When you contact Front Range ITAD through this website, we collect the contact and pickup details you provide — including name, company, email, phone number, pickup address, and any descriptions or photos of equipment you submit. We also collect basic technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and analytics purposes.

2. How we use information

Information you submit through quote and pickup request forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform the requested service, and maintain the chain-of-custody and compliance records described in our service documentation.

3. Information sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with our R2-certified downstream recycling partner as required to complete service, and with regulatory or auditing authorities upon legal request.

4. Data retention

Chain-of-custody, sanitization logs, and Certificates of Destruction are retained for a minimum of seven years per our service policy. Quote inquiries that do not result in a service engagement are retained for two years.

5. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or electronic storage is ever fully secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
